    SPI of Omaha

    Insurance Investigations

At SPI Omaha we are striving to bring insurance companies and their investigative team to a united front. To achieve this goal we go beyond offering standard mailed in reports, instead making reports and surveillance video available online over a secure connection within 2 business days.
In addition to understanding the need for prompt service SPI Omaha also understands that video quality is extremely important in claims cases. This is why we use experienced investigators who have worked insurance compensation cases. They will provide high quality video of all activity as well as hourly video clips of the area under surveillance during periods of inactivity. Digital photo clips will also be provided for identification purposes.

Surveillance video will be provided in CD-ROM, DVD, or VHS format as requested.

    Personal Investigations

At SPI Omaha we understand that every situation is unique and that not all investigations can be handled in the same manner. Given this we have developed a system in which the need of each customer is handled as a priority.
During an initial free consultation an investigative expert will listen to the circumstances of your situation and develop a plan that fits your needs well as your budget. If you are looking for peace of mind in a martial or child custody situation the investigators at SPI Omaha can help you find it through the use of background checks, GPS tracking, or 24 hour surveillance.

No matter which method of investigations you select as being right for your situation, you will be teamed with one investigator to ensure the highest level of client confidentiality. Throughout the investigative process you will receive regular reports and updates from your investigator and you will be able to contact him with any questions or concerns that may arise.

    GPS Tracking

SPI Omaha uses state of the art GPS tracking in all of its investigations. This system, which is powered by satellites, can be placed on any vehicle in a matter of seconds. Through the use of GPS tracking our investigators know where the subject is at all times and are able to follow them without being detected.
In addition to using GPS in every surveillance case, SPI Omaha also provides GPS tracking to clients as a stand alone service. Through this service the client is given a log in and password to access the real time tracking of the subject. This provides you with the convenence of 24/7 monitoring. Daily reports detailing stops and amount of time at each location is also provided to the client.
