Our professional staff members are extremely skilled, highly trained and have verified backgrounds as well as solid experience in private security and law enforcement.
    We use advanced equipment to enhance security and offer a rigorous and customized Private Security Officer training to ensure that the staff assigned to your property meets your needs and are fully prepared to respond to any situation.

    We are a full service Private Security and Private Investigation company. We are licensed by the New York State Department of State, and are bonded and insured as required by New York State law.

    Mr. Richard Martinez, CPP (Board Certified Protection Professional), is the President and founder of Homeland Protective Group. Throughout his more than 25 years in law enforcement with New York City, Mr. Martinez's outstanding reputation for investigation and auditing work led to the successful closing of numerous cases and the recovery of hundreds of thousands of dollars for the City of New York. Mr. Martinez has received specialized FBI training on interview and interrogation techniques as well as telephone fraud investigation training from the U.S. Secret Service.

    Ms. Daisy Diaz is the Vice President of Homeland Protective Group, Inc. With over 19 years of security experience, her duties as Vice President amply compliment Mr. Martinez's skills. Her dedication and level of professionalism led her to excel in operations management, human resources management, business development, financial management training, and project administration
