    Homeland Protective Group, Inc

    Investigative Services

Homeland Protective Group can offer the investigative services you need to build or present your case. Our investigators are shrewd and experienced, and have the tools they need to deliver substantial results.

    Legal Investigation

Our services include support for attorneys to prepare cases for litigation. Our trained investigators collect evidence, locate witnesses, take written and recorded statements  as well as conduct interviews, conduct accident scene investigations and locate assets.

Our Investigators work with the client's Attorney to ensure that the evidence collected is protected by “Attorney Client Privilege.” Our clients are also protected by “The Work Product Doctrine” that protects documents and information obtained and prepared in anticipation of litigation (such as in the case of internal corporate investigations).

    Corporate Investigation

Our services include computer forensic investigations which encompass the collection and evaluation of data to prevent the loss of intellectual property. Additional services include background checks of prospective employees and undercover investigations to identify potential illegal activities on company premises.

Our trained interviewers will also conduct in depth investigations to help determine who the responsible parties are in the event of theft, vandalism or an array of problems currently experienced by corporations across the country.

Installation of our digital cctv surveillance system also helps provide evidence to appropriately handle cases involving employee theft, corporate espionage and theft by outside sources.

    Civil Investigation

When litigation is looming, Homeland Protection Group is the only choice for a quality investigation to determine what the facts are and where you stand. We routinely investigate workers compensation cases, automobile accidents, slip and falls, liability claims, product liability and assault cases.

Locating the insured and all available witnesses is a crucial part of any investigation. With over 35 years of experience and the most up to date resources, we often locate people that companies have given up on.

Surveillance can be a very productive form of investigation. Although no one can guarantee the outcome of a surveillance, the information gathered over several days can often give a carrier or attorney the evidence they need to facilitate a settlement or continue with litigation towards a defense verdict. Homeland Protective Group uses surveillance vehicles, modern equipment and multiple investigators when needed to provide you with the information you need to make a timely decision regarding your case.

    Domestic Investigation

This area includes locating missing children and relatives in addition to locating and identifying hidden assets that may affect the outcome of matrimonial litigations.
