Rick Foley

Retired from the Albuquerque Police Department after serving 21 years. Rick worked Patrol, the Armed Robbery Unit, and dedicated 12 years to the Homicide Unit.  After retiring in 2000, Rick assisted in instituting the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department's Cold Case Unit.  Rick earned a degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.  Rick has taught local and state wide law enforcement officers in the fields of Investigations, Homicide Investigations, Interviews and Interrogations.

In 2000, Rick became a licensed Private Investigator, specializing in law suits on behalf of law enforcement agencies and government agencies.  Rick also conducts employment investigations for government agencies, including the City of Albuquerque.  Rick is often called upon to conduct complex and sensitive investigations for the City of Albuquerque.

Rick is an active member of the Homicide Investigators Association.  He is also an instructor at Central New Mexico Community College in Criminal Justice.
