    Discreet Inquiries

My name is Terry Baxter, many know me from my investigative work in Arkansas. I moved to Los Angeles, California in 2002 and found it difficult to compete with the large number of PI's in the LA area. I am now living on the Central Coast of CA, about an hour north of Santa Barbara. I have yet to break into the field here. Well it is about time I did.

The types of work I perform are: National Locator Service, Missing Persons, Insurance, Worker's Compensation, Background Checks for business, personal, or peace of mind, Criminal, Civil, Video Investigations, and of course Process Service.

My PI license number is: 23436
