• When we enter into a contract to conduct an investigation, we first work closely with our clients to establish an open and honest understanding of our client's goals, suspicions, and intentions.  This allows both parties to establish the focus of the investigation.
• We then conduct the investigation in a rapid, thorough and efficient manner.  We maintain effective communications with our clients throughout the process.  This communication is done whether or not there are breaking occurrences or developments in the case.
• Every investigation is different.  Jones investigators know that experience is crucial to a successful investigation.  Our focus always remains on meeting the goals of the investigation as rapidly as possible while maintaining total confidentiality and adherence to the rules and regulations set forth by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division's Regulatory Services.
• Jones investigators have a wide range of techniques and tools at their disposal.  These include:  surveillance, physical and on-line searches, site visits, interviews, and background checks to name just a few.  In co-ordination with the client, Jones will bring to bear the right combination of resources to get the job done as efficiently as possible.
• Jones Investigations has had considerable success in locating missing persons and helping re-unite family members who have been separated.
