Eagle Watch Investigations provide investigators that are trained in many areas. Insurance fraud, crime scene investigations, accident investigations, background investigations, surveillance and many other areas. Owner Hal Lowder is Nationally Certified by both the International Association of Arson Investigators (CFI), and the National Association of Fire Investigators (CFEI). Hal is also trained as a Crime Scene Technician and a Bombing Crime Scene Investigator by the Federal Department of Justice. Hal is also certified by the International Code Council as a Fire Inspector II to assist in determining code compliance. Hal brings with him 25 years of experience as an investigator in local, state and federal government.
Our investigators have been involved in civil and criminal cases, as well as injury cases resulting from accidents, burns, scalds, fires and explosions.
EWI also provides security consulting and personal protection for executives, witnesses, stalking victims, as well as conducts security surveys and training.
EWI has also deployed Catastrophe Response Teams to assist in securing and protecting corporate assets. We have had Catastrophe Response Teams deployed in Hurricane's Katrina, Wilma, Hugo and many other natural as well as man-made catastrophes. We also deploy Incident Command Teams to assist Corporations during these catastrophes.
