    Process Service

In 2009, our client, a major financial institution, filed 120 default contract lawsuits but was unable to locate many of the defendants using typical skiptracing methods. By broadening the scope of investigation, we were able to locate and serve these defendants and identify “Jane/John Doe” co-defendants. Our client was awarded more than $850K in judgments.

    Investigation

In 2008 and 2009, we helped an Arizona auto finance company recover 100 stolen vehicles pursuant to A.R.S. §13-1813. Utilizing advanced skiptracing techniques, surveillance, and covert methods, we assisted repossession agents, law enforcement agencies, and city and county attorneys with the capture and prosecution of the offenders.
