    INVESTIGATIVE SUPPORT UNIT

Our agency is a full service investigation agency providing services to a variety of clientele, including law firms, corporations, government agencies, insurance companies, third-party administrators, and private individuals. Our customer service goal is to provide our clients with the most accurate information possible. Our agency is dedicated to employing experienced and thoroughly trained investigators, and along with our extensive data gathering capabilities, assure the client of receiving PROFESSIONAL, EFFECTIVE, and EFFICIENT investigative services on a timely basis.
All members of our investigative team have a minimum of 5 years, with most over 10 years, of experience in private sector investigations as well as surveillance. Our team's experience does not stop at the management level like some of our competitors. It continues with the background of every investigator in the field as well. Our investigators have worked for various Investigative Firms, Attorneys and Insurance Companies throughout the United States, as well as Law Enforcement Agencies and Investigative Units of the U.S. Military. Our team members have worked thousands of cases in all types of private sector investigations. These cases ranged from criminal defense files, both at the Federal and State levels, including Fraud, Homicides, D.U.I., Narcotics, Battery, Kidnapping, and more. Members of our agency have also handled Tort cases, Civil cases, Family cases, Child Custody cases, Worker’s Compensation cases, Accident cases, Pre-Sentencing, Appellate, Corporate Theft, Wrongful Death cases, Corporate Fraud and Theft prevention and detection.
We are centrally located to provide investigative and consulting services throughout the Midwest with central offices located in Northern Indiana and the Chicago Area. Our agency is also a part of an exclusive network of professional investigators located throughout the United State, with associate offices in Michigan and Florida. Utilizing this Investigative Support Network we are able to manage and direct investigations anywhere in the Nation.
Each investigator employed for our agency, as well as each investigator utilized throughout the country as part of our Investigative Support Network, is fully licensed and registered as required by law. Upon request a specific license number can be provided on any of the investigators employed. (Indiana License no. PI20700089)
We believe that clear, consistent communications with our clients is the key to a successful investigation. The lead investigator or manager on the case is in direct contact with the client, providing updates as to the status and progress of the investigation. Informed clients are better prepared to manage their files and expand or modify investigative tasks as needed.
