My name is Terry Baxter, many know me from my investigative work in Arkansas. I moved to Los Angeles, California in 2002 and found it difficult to compete with the large number of PI's in the LA area. I am now living on the Central Coast of CA, about an hour north of Santa Barbara. I have yet to break into the field here. Well it is about time I did.
