High Tech Surveillance and Activity Monitoring
FRI uses the latest technology including state of the art photography equipment. We are able to provide digital quality video and/or photos in most cases. FRI has the capability to obtain covert low light digital photos and/or video. These are mostly black and white.
Mobile Surveillance
FRI has many hours of experience in this challenging field of surveillance. FRI usually utilizes two investigators in this particular field.

Document retrieval [hard copy] for civil and/or criminal litigation. Hand searches may be necessary.
Supervised Visitation Services
Intake:
Intake interviews with each of the parents and each child shall be face-to-face and occur prior to the first visit. In an age appropriate manner, child(ren) shall be oriented to the setting, introduced to supervisor and reassured that the supervisor will be continually in child’s presence during the visit. In an age appropriate manner, child(ren) shall be told of the arrangements for the visits including frequency, duration and procedures. Child(ren) shall not be present during intake interviews of the parents. Parents shall be interviewed separately and at different times.
Each parent will be provided with agreement, rules and procedures regarding supervised visitation.
Supervised Visitation
Supervised Visits will include:
- Basic Supervision
- Gender Appropriate
- Factual Documentation
- Non therapeutic
- No evaluations
- Professionals with experience and/or Bachelor’s degree
Exchange Monitoring Services
The supervision of transfers and/or the supervision of movement of the child(ren) from the custodial to the non-custodial parent where there is contact between the parents.
Paralegal (Pro Se)
FRI has on staff a paralegal who will assist the client in obtaining the correct forms to filled out and filed with regards to Family Law. We are NOT attorneys and we do not give legal advice. However, we are in contact with very competent and knowledgeable attorneys, if you need a referral.
Process Service
FRI serves all of King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap, Thurston and Lewis Counties. We specialize in hard serves. Our rates are competitive even for ‘hard serves.’ FRI has been a member of NAPPS [National Association of Professional Process Servers] since 2002.
