Surveillance:
The art of surveillance can be utilized for various aspects of investigations. Insurance fraud, domestic investigations, employee theft, and drug trafficking are just a few of many examples where surveillance can be utilized. Surveillance is always conducted in as discreet and unobtrusive a manner as possible with the clients best interests in mind. I have personally worked hundreds of surveillances throughout the state of Arkansas and the surrounding area and have extensive experience
working in difficult remote rural locations.
Insurance fraud:
Pierce Investigations conducts insurance fraud investigations for large area businesses and law firms. As in most cases of insurance fraud,
experience in surveillance will be necessary. Insurance fraud investigations can also require locating and interviewing witnesses. In cases where trials or depositions are pending, often a surveillance "strategy" can be used to more efficiently document evidence. Other times random surveillance can be the answer.
Domestic Investigations:
Domestic investigations are usually any type of investigations involving
marital infidelity or child custody issues. I have extensive experience
performing domestic investigations for private individuals and attorneys in the area. Often, domestic investigations require background checks or locates on individuals. Pierce Investigations has access to hundreds of proprietary information databases to assist in locates or background
checks.
Covert hidden video:
Often an investigation will require close proximity video of an individual
inside of a building or business. I use the latest micro pinhole color video equipment for all of my covert work. Video cameras hidden in small fanny packs, day-planner binders, and shirt buttons are just a few examples.
Criminal Investigations:
Criminal investigations can take on many different attributes and often
include the entire spectrum of services including surveillance, covert video, undercover work and witness locates. Most often private investigators are called on to locate and interview witnesses prior to a hearing. I have many years of experience finding difficult to locate individuals and obtaining witness statements.
Locates and background checks:
Technology continues to advance making locating and performing
background checks quicker and more cost efficient than ever before.
Pierce Investigations has access to several proprietary databases that can assist in locating people, property, court records, or long lost relatives to name just a few. However, absolutely no database is completely updated and %100 accurate all of the time. When a search occasionally comes to a "dead end" it is important for the investigator to have the experience to know where to look and when to begin old fashioned "footwork".
