Sam is a highly decorated and honorably retired Beaverton, Oregon Police Officer who graduated from Portland State University and was awarded his Basic, Intermediate and Advanced certificates from the Oregon Police Academy. Sam began his investigations career as a Deputy for the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office located in Portland, Oregon and is proud to have later created the West Side Police Activities League, a non-profit organization to help at-risk kids.
