We have extensive experience in sub rosa, AOE/COE interviews, investigations of intellectual
property, theft, legal investigations and corporate investigations. Worker's Compensation,
insurance fraud and liability cases are the core of our company.
Investigators with K & K have performed over 15,000 hours of field investigations, including but
not limited to surveillance, subrogation, recorded statements, undercover operations and research
for large Civil Litigation cases.
Our past and current clients include Federally Insured Transportation companies, Government
Agencies, Fortune 500 Companies and many large insurance companies.
Our investigations have saved corporations and insurance companies millions of dollars in
fraudulent claims and product loss.
We conduct investigations for companies directly and subcontract for some of the most respected
investigations companies in the industry.
K & K conducts background and pre-employment checks for major real estate companies and
multiple corporations. We conduct record research for some of the largest companies in the world
and have researchers established in some of the largest counties in California. We also have working
relations with researchers in several locations in the country.
We are bonded to process serve and are able to complete a high percentage of those "Impossible to
Serve" cases.
Since 1992, Jeff Kaplan has provided excellent service to large and small insurance companies,
various corporations, federally funded airlines and railroads to name a few. He has worked for some
of the most reputable businesses in the investigations community.
Beginning with R & R Investigations, Inc., Mr. Kaplan excelled from field investigator to operations
manager. Working over 40 hours a week conducting field investigations, Mr. Kaplan also trained
and supervised a staff of field investigators.
Going to work for J.H Askins, Mr. Kaplan worked with investigators whose extensive experience and
knowledge paved the way for an exceptional learning process and helped provide a solid foundation
for the core of K & K Confidential's work ethic and integrity.
Upon leaving J.H. Askins, Mr. Kaplan brought his experience and work ethic to Crawford &
Company Investigations and therefore, quickly moved up the ladder from Northern California lead
investigator to field trainer. By passing along his work ethic, integrity and knowledge to a core
group of investigators, he helped to build their foundation in the industry.
Mr. Kaplan's final stop, prior to K & K Confidential, was with Investigative Consultant
International, Inc. There he proved once again his experience, expertise and work ethic provided
quality results on a regular basis.
In addition, Mr. Kaplan has maintained relationships with countless coworkers and each remains an
integral contact for which K & K Confidential utilizes.
