equipment to observe and document the Subject(s) to
determine fidelity (cheating spouse), theft, worker's
comp/disability fraud, and more.

ASSET INVESTIGATIONS: The Naked Truth Detective
Agency conducts thorough investigations as to the assets
of a prospective spouse or business partner, an employee
who may be stealing from the company by embezzlement or
fraud, political candidates, or debtors against whom our
client has been awarded judgment. Knowing what they have
and where it's "hidden" can assist you in collecting a debt. It
can also reveal con artists. Or it can verify information as to
the subject's character, for better or worse.

DIVORCE/CHILD CUSTODY: A professional
CONFIDENTIAL investigation by an experienced operative
can assist you in proving the infidelity of a spouse or other
intimate partner. Should divorce occur and children are
involved, our clients generally want to know if the children
are in a safe environment during visitation. Prospective
clients are advised that child custody cases are
normally among the most difficult to undertake. The
court needs evidence that the child, (or in some cases,
incapacitated adult) is subject to direct harm.

missing or abducted children (such as those kidnapped by
the non custodial parent), or witnesses in criminal or civil

identity, address history, civil actions, criminal history, etc.

competitors in the world of commerce and politics.

SECURITY CONSULTATION: We can evaluate your
home or business to determine the PHYSICAL SECURITY
of the structure, thereby allowing the client to know what the
weaknesses or strengths of their existing security system
are.

PROTECTIVE SERVICES: The Naked Truth Detective
Agency can provide short term physical protection for the
individual, residence, or business. This would apply to those
being stalked, harassed, and threatened
by a known or unknown subject. PROTECTION is useful
when a business has a temporary need for a clearly defined
area of their business wherein a high value item or
equipment may be stored. The individual client may have a
need for an armed escort when venturing into a new or
potentially dangerous location. We work with the client to
determine the number of personnel needed to ensure the

PROCESS SERVING: Service of legal documents is
available throughout the State of Oklahoma. At this time, the
fee for service inside Tulsa County is $50. Please call (918)
724-9088 for service rates elsewhere in Oklahoma.

FUGITIVE RECOVERY/BOUNTY HUNTING: We locate
and recover WANTED FELONS on behalf of the licensed
bail bond agent, or the guarantor who co-signed the bond.
Our agents handle only FELONY CRIMINAL cases where
the bond amount is at least $50K. Our fee for Fugitive
Recovery is 10% of the bond ($5000 on a $50K bond, for
example) if recovered inside Oklahoma, or 20% PLUS
expenses outside our state.

PROPERTY RECOVERY: If someone has an item or
piece of property to which you are LEGALLY entitled as the
OWNER, we may be able to assist. We've recovered
vehicles, watercraft, jewelry, and more on behalf of our
clients.
