Past President,  International Law Enforcement Association ( ILEA) serving as President in 2001 and maintaining close contacts with Canadian Law Enforcement. Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Maine in Bangor.  Graduated from the first Criminal Justice Law Enforcement Management program and served as a local police officer sisting several communities in developing law enforcement teams. Operated a private security company using digitally encoded radio transmitter to signal intrusion in areas where monitored telephone lines were not available. Provided trained armed security personnel to the  SAC at Bangor International Airport.

Batchelor’s Degree from Maine Maritime Academy and was licensed as a Merchant Marine Deck Officer with a commission in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Have experience in waterfront and ocean environments with cargo theft and personnel injury situations. Having Sccessfully defended in  a Special Courts-martial,  was assigned as a Unit Intelligence Officer to investigate criminal activities of Naval Personnel.
