Throughout his more than 25 years in law enforcement with New York City, Mr. Martinez's outstanding reputation for investigation and auditing work led to the successful closing of numerous cases and the recovery of hundreds of thousands of dollars for the City of New York. Mr. Martinez has received specialized FBI training on interview and interrogation techniques as well as telephone fraud investigation training from the U.S. Secret Service.
