Joseph F. La Bella has been President of East Coast Investigative Services, LLC, which provides Investigative and Protection Services, since December of 2002. Joe was a Second (2nd) Grade Undercover Detective with the New York Police Department (NYPD) until his retirement in December of 2002.
Joe spent a total of fourteen (14) years with the NYPD including twelve (12) years as an undercover detective and two (2) years as a patrolman. Joe worked with the Organized Crime and Narcotics Units. Joe has special training with firearms, undercover narcotic and weapons purchases in addition to intelligence and surveillance.
