Due diligence on public and private businesses

Example
A local attorney was considering a joint venture with a privately owned internet service provider company. Quintana investigations was retained to handle a due diligence investigation by the owners of the prospective joint venture partner. The investigation uncovered a long history of litigation involving allegations of fraud, negligence, breach of contract, and unfair business practices. Example
A client has a substantial judgment against her former husband, who claimed no assets. Quintana investigation was hired by a local attorney to locate the subject in a neighboring state, in a luxurious rented house. Contact with the homes owner determined that the subject had paid his rent using a check drawn on business account where the subject was a partner. Quintana investigations was able to identify the account and the client's attorney initiated proceedings to freeze the account.

• Our staff of investigators are experienced in all types of investigations: divorce matrimonial, pre-matrimonial, child custody dispute, civil workman compensation etc.
• Our investigators utilize state of the art video and photographic equipment. We constantly update our equipment to ensure proper quality and results.
• The vehicles used by our investigators are equipped with two way radios and mobile phone units. For more difficult surveillance locations we can use one of our high tech covert surveillance vans.
• We can also supply aerial photographs if necessary.

Surveillance: we have a long history of providing surveillance reports and video to help insurance adjusters and defense counsel accurately evaluate claims. Our investigators will locate claimants and discreetly observe their activity in public. We provide a detailed report of their activities during the surveillance period and videotape that activity whenever possible.

Matrimonial / pre-matrimonial
