Securing the services of a highly trained private investigator has become a virtual necessity for many public and private figures to maintain their safety at all levels. Despite private, business and government’s best efforts to identify those individuals who may be a threat to society – more and more people are seeking the expert advice and assistance of professional security organizations to ensure a stable environment at home, work or play.

This is especially true for employers. According to Advanced Data Processing (ADP), 44 percent of the 2.6 million prospective employees screened last year lied about their employment history, 41 percent made false statements regarding educational achievements, and 23 percent lied about professional licenses or credentials.

Though ADP’s division head said that most screening service errors were frivolous - like the wrong date of hire – more and more applicants resorted to outright fraud to secure a job, even making up universities or claiming they were a different sex. Even convicted criminals were identified and eventually charged with fraudulent crimes because of due diligence on the part of the investigative team’s work.

APS agents provide discreet, confidential services to all clients. All APS agents are trained in obtaining evidence and documentation along with providing expert testimony for private business or law enforcement agencies.

Private investigation evidence is gathered through all legal overt and covert investigation techniques and information gathering, personal interviews, and obtaining pertinent personal and public documents. APS also specializes in providing sophisticated video and audio surveillance as needed.
